This job will be responsible for resolving customer requests through calls and in person. Tasks will vary greatly, from teller duties to back-office processing. Key responsibilities include working in a challenging environment, ensuring accuracy, using logic, multi-tasking, and creating resolutions while delivering a great customer experience. Job expectations include working with multiple departments and digital/electronic systems as well as utilizing organizational skills and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies customer needs and recommends solutions in a pleasant manner
  • Records data accurately
  • Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels for items requiring risk review or exception handling
  • Frequent learning of new tasks
  • Complies with industry regulations and bank procedures

Relevant Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer/client service
  • Displays integrity and commitment to the Bank and Community
  • Shows commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed upon work schedule
  • Dependable team-player attitude
  • Communicates effectively and with humility
  • Possesses active listening skills
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers and current technology
  • Must pass background check

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Hours Per Week: Variable 38-45 hours, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
