This job will be responsible for resolving customer requests through calls and in person. Tasks will vary greatly, from teller duties to back-office processing. Key responsibilities include working in a challenging environment, ensuring accuracy, using logic, multi-tasking, and creating resolutions while delivering a great customer experience. Job expectations include working with multiple departments and digital/electronic systems as well as utilizing organizational skills and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies customer needs and recommends solutions in a pleasant manner
- Records data accurately
- Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels for items requiring risk review or exception handling
- Frequent learning of new tasks
- Complies with industry regulations and bank procedures
Relevant Qualifications:
- Experience with customer/client service
- Displays integrity and commitment to the Bank and Community
- Shows commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed upon work schedule
- Dependable team-player attitude
- Communicates effectively and with humility
- Possesses active listening skills
- Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers and current technology
- Must pass background check
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Hours Per Week: Variable 38-45 hours, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
