NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS
All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, money-market deposit accounts, and Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). CONFORMING LOAN PAYMENT NOTICE
All loan payments must be accompanied by the account number or payment coupon provided. Loan payments must be sent to Farmers & Merchants Bank, 103 S 5th Street, PO Box A, Mound City, KS 66056. Loan payments may also be made in person to Farmers & Merchants Bank personnel or online for those enrolled in Online Banking. Payments received in the bank by 3:00 p.m., Central Time Zone, Monday - Friday, except bank holidays, will be credited as of that date. Payments made through Online Banking service by 5:30 pm, Central Time Zone, Monday - Friday, except bank holidays, will be credited as of that date. All other payments received will be credited as of the next business day or as otherwise permitted by law.
